Dear Ninjas!
We would like to thank you all for your support! Below you can check this week's coming updates, which will be available on 01/02/17 and we ask that all of you have a look on it.1. "Lucky Board" event added. Want to try your luck? Throw out your dice to know what rewards you can get. Extra points can be used to redeem rewards in the Shop!
Event Period: Feb 2nd – Feb 8thHow to:
a) Roll the die to move on the Lucky Board according to the points you obtained in the die. Players can get the corresponding rewards marked on the grids.
b) Complete Plot/Elite instances or complete Daily Mission to get free dice. You can get a maximum of 2 free dice per day. The dice c*so be bought directly in the Shop.
c) Get 5 points every time you move into a Prop Grid and 10 points when you move into a Function Grid. After you have left the Start Grid for the first time, each time you pass the Start Grid you will get a Lucky Ninja Gift Pack.
Notice: "Dice" obtained for this week's events need to be spent this week, once the events end, the "Dice" you didn't spend will be reset to 0.
2. "Limited Packs" event added. New packs with attractive discounts will be updated every day. Are you ready to get them all?!
Event Period: Feb 2nd – Feb 8thDetails:
a) During the event, the items in the packs will refresh at 5:00 AM daily. Players can buy various items with big discounts.
b) Each pack can only be bought for a limited number of times daily. Don’t miss out!
3. "Battle Armor Rebates" event added. Go and update your battle armor to get extra rebates and achievement packs! Upgrading items in discount can be bought in the Shop!
Event Period: Feb 2nd – Feb 8th
Requirements: Players must have reached Level 43 in order to participate.Details:
a) Find this event in Hot Topics, get rewards by upgrading your armor to the required level during the event.
b) Achievement Gifts can be claimed after you reach the required rank of your armor. Each player can only get this achievement gift once in his playtime.
c) New Limited-time Gift Packs added to the Shop: tools to upgrade your Battle Armor! Players can buy Threads and Clothes at a lower price; make use of this event to upgrade your armor!
4. The Event "Goldfish Fishing" is up again and keeps improving! Take some time, relax and go fishing for new fish that might be exchanged for ninjas' fragments and other rewards!
Event Period: Feb 2nd – Feb 15thRequirements: Players must have reached Level 11 in order to participate.
How To:
1. Complete Plot/Elite Instances, draw in the Treasures to obtain paper nets.
2. Use paper nets to catch goldfish and earn credits, which can be used to redeem amazing rewards.
5. "Summon Rebates" event added. Win Summoning Scrolls Gift Packs by spending Summon Scrolls! Go and get new summons!
Event Period: Feb 6th – Feb 8th
Requirements: Players must have reached Level 50 in order to participate.
6. "Time-Limited Packs" event added. You can now access the "Time-Limited Shop” to get some great-valued packs, go and see for yourselves whether they are worth it!
Event Period: Feb 2nd – Feb 8th
Details:a) Players must have reached Level 10 in order to buy the Limited Seals Pack.
b) Players must have reached Level 32 in order to buy the Mood Scroll Pack.
c) Players must have reached Level 40 in order to buy the Low-Level Refinement Pack.
7. Last, but not least, "Dice" obtained for this week's events need to be spent this week, once the events end, the "Dice" you didn't spend will be reset to 0.
Remark: The deadline of the New Server Events and Weekly Events are set according to the players' local time (computer's time), not the server time.
Daily Missions and Daily Recharge event (event in which you can get a 4-Stars Gaara if recharging for 5 days) are all refreshed at 5:00 (server time). Don't miss out!

  • it's been a whole day and you still don't give any PROPER informations about it, we can be patient but we're tired to see things not working like they should and the hear the same "we're investigating, be patient" at some point, peoples have no patience left and the fact you don't give proper informations doesn't help :)

what kind of proper answers that you want to hear? because if we give that and things turned the other way around how should we manage the issue? My point is the team has been notified and we are currently investigating and rectifying it ASAP.

Regardless of your patience has thinned or running out that is totally out of our control. I hope you understand and giving feedbacks / suggestions related to this topic is much appreciated.

as much as we want to give players informations about what went wrong, there is no added value in doing so. How long i "think" it will take, how will this helps?

    I have spent 500 stamina and did not get my 2 free dice, I only got 1 free dice from daily practice auto-completion *on instead. I think it might be bugged. I have submitted my ticket too via in-game. Just letting you know in case you receive more of similar complaints.

On the player side, we appreciate your response on the events in details and if there is any specific changes or events suggestions "specific" and "logic" recommendations from the players it actually helps to convey the "right" message to them.

    I would like to explain that my 326 serve account is being impaired, due to the fact that the Team instance event is not appearing on the respective days that are: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with this end up hurting my performance in rank.
    With this I wanted to help me solve this bug because I am a free player and I am not able to follow the other players, so I ask you to help me to solve this problem that is hurting me a lot.
