Admins or moderators should at least inform us when this problem will be fixed, for example: this issue will be solve in 10 days. It is not about arena rewards anymore, is about how they treats the community, this game doesn't care about us, all they care about is something else and we all know what it is. And I think we have every right to complain, about arena, about many other things. And in the end they will lose, we all will leave this game and nobody will support it anymore.
P.S. How they treats us is just unprofessional. And maybe admins and moderators do not know more than we know...

- They are investigating the Problem, maybe when they find it it takes 10 minutes s to fix or 10 days, but until they know what it is, it is impossible to say when it will be fixed, so giving you an estimate would be unprofessional ! Beeing patient and waiting is the only thing we can do, no complaining about it will solve the problem faster.
But at least they should keep us inform from 12 to 12 hours how things are progressing, don't you agree? Since this is a hot topic they should pay more attention to it. Their last reply was when? 2-3 days ago? ...and we are still waiting. -

Then you don't know how the relationships between companies and customers should be.
