I was a level 29! NOT. Happy. I tried refreshing, logging out, and restarting my computer. Even let me use my username again, so yeah. My account has be wiped. Reply

Hello,

please log out from all of you accounts (Facebook, Oasgames account and forum account). Clear your cache and try to login back to your account. If it's not going to help, please fill this report form :

Without UID we can't help you. And your account can't be deleted. You can check your UID here on forum.

Okay so my account can't be deleted, so where is it?? My username is available, as I started all over again. Neither the browser or the downloaded version have my level 29 character. The UID is the one I'm using now on my start all over again character. I'm using the same account, the same username, and the same server.

Okay I apologize. I did not know that if you switched servers, you'd get a new character. I accidentally switched somehow, but I'm back on the right server. Thank you for your patience and sorry again. :$
