  • I made another try, refuting the "total initiative" hypothesis.
    I removed all gear from all my ninjas, took only Mei and my main in my team, being sure that they were free from any equipments.
    The opponent was totally stuffed, and my Mei kept her barrier, but in a team with a slower initiative (individually and overall).
    I'm confused about that...

There are no hypothesis. Team with higher init will put all buffs, debuffs and shileds, including barriers, last. Always, without any exeptions. If you get another output - write about it in support, because it's a bug.
