Hey there!

Okay so having Kakashi there is a really good choice since almost all of his combos work well with Scarlet. However, I'd suggest getting rid of Naruto and replacing him with say either Hinata or Zabuza. I'd prefer Hinata though since she's incredibly tanky and you'll benefit a lot from her Acupuncture passive in her combos. For your backline support you should go for either Karin or Kabuto, I'd favor Karin in this one, her combos work well with the team and the poison is quite helpful especially in the early stages of the game.
