Meanwhile I only have 2 rares in Kage, Chojuro and Gaara, but I have 26 Susanoo Itachi frags.

Will there be a ninja like this in Jinchuriki Treasure? Also how relevant will Ay, SSN Sasuke/Itachi stay after the next treasure? Is there a website or other resource I can find information about the new treasure?

from next 2 treasures jinchurikies only roshi will be good... roshi can counter every kage cause he destroys any barrier in the field also he has super armor passive...but either ways kage's still powerful against jinchurikies.. im going only for roshi from there which is 200-300 seal scrolls ...

Go to youtube and watch kazier , He just did a video where he had 900 scrolls trying to get 50 more frags... some dude let him get on his account for a live stream. He spent a couple grand to get this dude.

Han has super armor, not roshi. Roshi is just immune to debuff.
Could you say that the ability of stripping each buff from turn 1 (like RoW) isn't good? Han is quite good himself, even if he has no debuff immunity.

Also, there are quite a few combos with the jinchurikis (like Hanzo and 6 tails, 7 tails and deidara for examples) that could work really well in ranked and GNW.
