Right now, due to the extremely low population of active players on my server, convoys is the only way to go. Even if you glare at the screen for 4 hours straight, you will almost certainly not find 3 SS convoys (or even 2 for that matter). Being able to kill anyone in 2 -3 rounds doesn't mean much when you can't even find someone to attack. Plundering coin convoys give god awful rewards compared to just doing the convoys yourself.

I still feel the old limits (4 convoys and 2 completely random plunders) for everyone is a better idea.
