Try Kabuto, GNW tenten, and gaara. I've heard Kabuto was good for healing, gnw tenten can paralyze and do tremendous dmg with her special, and gaara is known for being good.

'Course, I'm not wind and I don't have my gaara at 4*, but if that doesn't work, try linking combos, it becomes easier once you reach lv 50 and get summons unlocked.
And if you want, try Hinata out, she's a good tank. But I think gnw tenten, kabuto, and gaara is a good team to start with.
