yeah they should change that as well it appears that after 1 min you get paired with someone completely random regardless of how long the other person have been queued in. so they should change it so pass 1min you get paired with other person who has also exceed the 1min mark
also i remember how arena works right now. when i was trying to help a low lvl group mate do arena quest despite being qued in for more than a min we would only get match once his timer exceed the 30sec mark. so they should so that to matsuri
