Hello.

So i am currently level 33 in a 2 days-old server. In my recent experience, some players advised me to save up my coupons and dont spend all of them on Magatamas, but on Low-Level Refine Runes instead. I also met a few players that agreed on spending on Magatamas instead of Runes.

So my question is:

1) How do i spend my coupons? Focus more on Magatamas or Refine Runes?
2) How much runes refining will affect our fighting power?
3) Is there any efficient and productive way to spend?
