Hey there.

That is not true. We are trying to share as much information with our moderators as possible. We want to make sure they will be able to help you. But you have to understand we can't let them share everything due to specific reasons.

I'm really sorry for my late reply about this problem.

So let me explain what happened and what are we going to do.

What happened - As most of you already know, using "Batch use" function caused few problems. After we received first reports, we started investigating this issue. We found out that indeed, it is problem on our side and we immediately disabled this function. Players are no longer able to use this function until fix will be implemented to the game. We created thread about this problem and started collecting needed information.

Our solution - In next few days, we will start contacting affected players and we will be sending compensations to them. We need to make sure that they were affected by this problem and not by something else.

So please, be patient. We didn't forget about you or about this problem. It just takes some time to contact huge community as ours.

And if you have reached the limits of some rewards, then can't get more same rewards, either.

The fact is:
-80 fragments are enought for me to get hanzo.
-considering how many ingots i've spent i may considering trying to get the 4 Hokage, investing in anything else if not getting hanzo.
-not being sure if the compensation are fragments, it is useless to buy more, because i don't want to end up with 180 fragments. 3 star ninja is enought for me.
-I would buy back myself the fragments if i was sure that the compensation are my ingots back.

I'm not sure to have been clear since my english is poor. The fact is that i would do my math considering whether to invest more or saving ingots depending on the nature of the compensation. But i need to know this before the event ends. This post was last edited by lcarus at 2017-1-30 22:07

Im having the same trouble. I dont want them to give me the fragments i want them to give me the points to chose what to spend them on myself. idk how hard it is to do the math and see this person is missing this many points so lets send him that many Mission Gift Boxes. how hard is that too figure out seriously its been 4 days

Would be enought for me to know:

- you get 80 fragments back
(useless since in this while they made me buy more fragments, so i would end up with more than 80 fragments, but at least i would know i should stop buying them with free gift)
- you get 8000 ingots back
I would buy probably hanzo using other ingots... less fragments obviously, and maybe investing in something else, like the draw event considering to go for the 4th hokage.

I'm not asking to get it today, even if would be nice, but at least know how it will endup to be able to use properly my resources since i dont think you will make the events last longer just for me. This post was last edited by lcarus at 2017-1-30 23:54

And honestly, getting back only what I spent with all the inconvenience that has been caused is minimal, it should be done more

at this point i want my ingots back for 70 boxes.. I already got the rest of the frags from the free dailies in the time its taken them to "compensate" us... The cycle of events ends in what 2 days, and not a single person on this thread has posted that they were indeed contacted or compensated...so we get compensated what after the event ends..what a joke.

So it is okay to open the remainder of the boxes? Because I stopped opening mine after the incident happened.

Edit: I bought enough boxes so that I can buy all of the coins from the points shop. So I would like to be compensated with all of the Coins in the Points Shop.

Kinda confused. So do we just edit our original post with the items we want, or post a separate post here in the thread? Strange they cant just give us the points outright.

So lets make this clear. In next few days, we are going to contact every single one of you via private message. We kindly ask you to edit your first posts (with reports) and add what rewards would you like to get with your points.

In other words, your compensation will be something from redeemable rewards. But please keep in mind, you can ask for something if you don't have enough points. For example, there is item or ninja fragment for 40 points but you have only 39 points. We won't give you this item or fragment as compensation because you wouldn't have enough points for this reward anyway.

I hope everyone understands, feel free to ask if you have any questions. Once again, we are really sorry for causing this much trouble.
