Hello,
Just looked at your screenshots out of curiosity. Don't think you are missing any points.
To *yze-
You bought 10 mission box from shop, giving 100 point.
Did all 10 missions from friends, that's 150 points, total 100+150= 250 point

Out of those you spent 120 (20x6) for cave keys, 100 for Hanzo (50x2), so total spend 220 point.

By now you should have 30 point left, and that you have.:)

Any news about the time it will require to get the points back?
Cause i'm not sure if I want to buy more mission box before the event ends so i'm kinda Stuck... this bug is blocking the whole event...

Details: i bought 250 packs and only receive 750 points when must to be 2500 points that was yesterday and will send a report it they answered me now and told me write here ill send a picture too.U can see server time in 1st picture the others was edited because cant upload was take at the same time.

Did they start giving points back? Did anyone got em? Did someone got an answer? Can we stop being ignored? Will they give the points back before the event ends? or will the refound be as ingots spent for the boxes? 8000 ingots are not a low amount...

No, I haven't received any points or compensation. And we haven't had any update since 9 hours ago saying they forwarded the claims and that we need to "be patient".

a. I lost 400 points. (8,800 ingots spent: 440 boxes x 10 points = 4,400 points.... I redeemed 80 Hanzo frags = 4,000 points...
P.S: I also redeemed the Cave Keys with the free 10 boxes we get daily from the mission mobilization event.
b. Around 6:30 AM 1/26/2017

I would like to redeem Killer Bee fragments.

honesty i just want a refund this shouldn't have taken this long and GNW is tomorrow at least give us the possibly of what we are getting back like this is money we paid for you guys to take this long without any updates is not customer service.

I hope its not the same compensation for everyone, because that is BS. There is no way, I, who hasnt lost much, should be compensated the same as people who lost more.
