I mean its simple math right? just look at the points the boxes opened hey he's missing this amount of points give him these boxes in the mail.....

Yeah I know, I know my case is no where near as bad as yours or others, but its still the principal that this NEEDS to be fixed asap.

well, i put my sister to play today, cause i have work and i say to her: Spend every coupons and ingotes u have in mission box. Ok. She spend and bought 400 missions box. Fine. But a few minutes later, she send me a msg saying: "i wont receive the correct points, i only receive 300 points" 50 points for the missions and 300 for box (?) where are the others points? well, missing the others 3600 points.
