hello i bought 368 mission boxes = 3680 points.. and i have only 68 frags of hanzo and from the 68 i got the 3 frags free from the mission daily boxes that we get 150 points daily.. and now i have 0 points...so basically i bought only 65 fragments of hanzo...so if the boxes was normal i should have 400 points remaining with the fragments i bought...and i have 0 points.... so im missing 400 points = 40 boxes thnx...
i would like to redeem with the remaining points Coins

You need to realize that you are gonna get compensated for the points you missed.
If you choose to gather fragments, knowing that you were gonna receive the remaining points, That's not on us. Please pick what rewards you were gonna redeem your points on as Daiske suggested so we can fix this issue.
As for your last question, That's not possible.
hello i saw that a player in my server got his points this morning. but i didnt can you please inform me if im going to get them back before the events ends?
i did get my compensation.. all clear thnx!!!
