That is no excuse on the company part, if that was the case why didn't you guys state this beforehand why does it take for you guys to come out with this. I enjoy the game but you guys lost my trust on spending high values for the game the point of customer service is to make the customer happy. I understand about fixing the problem but the time that was lost should be the reward to us for *ing with you guys. The points doesn't give back the trust all the way. We should be granted more than just points it doesn't hurt your pockets in no shape and form to give us something extra. I really want you guys to do the right thing to earn back our trust points is only a step.
