we are aware of the issues concerning the in which a bug might make the players lose points in the Missions Mobilization Event. Furthermore, currently, it is not possible to open in batches the Missions Gift Box.
We apologize for any inconvenience that it might have caused. Finally, players that lost points due to this bug, provide us with the following information:
Server ID :Character Name :UID :
Details:
a. How many points did you lost?
b. when you lost the points?(server time)
Screens :1. print screen with your Time-Limited Shop2. print screen of all the items in your inventory3. print screen of the Missions Mobilization event in which we can see how many points you have4. which rewards do you want to redeem with your points
Important: Every print screen needs to include the server's time and your computer's time on it. Or we can't send the compensations to you.
