Hello everyone.

So lets make this clear. In next few days, we are going to contact every single one of you via private message. We kindly ask you to edit your first posts (with reports) and add what rewards would you like to get with your points.

In other words, your compensation will be something from redeemable rewards. But please keep in mind, you can ask for something if you don't have enough points. For example, there is item or ninja fragment for 40 points but you have only 39 points. We won't give you this item or fragment as compensation because you wouldn't have enough points for this reward anyway.

I hope everyone understands, feel free to ask if you have any questions. Once again, we are really sorry for causing this much trouble.

  • what if the reward u wanted u already obtained, because your customer service took too long... i ended up gettin the frags i needed for hanzo that i was short by from the daily missions given to me by friends... i have no use for the coins, sage jiraiya frags, or killer bee frags, dango, i already redeemed 20 cave keys as well... the compensation im askin for is the coupons equivalent to 66 boxes... would this be possible??
You need to realize that during Holidays, no matter what company or support, it always takes more time to respond to players problems than during normal working days.This is not an excuse, this is fact.
