anyway on topic. yes cursed hidan is not a ninja that can be considered as a super p2w ninja. only reason everybody think that is because he is kinda rare atm (since he only appeared once jn an event) but with how he was priced he is a jinja which is affordable to those casual spenders aka "semi p2w"
