Mission Gift Boxes Point Bug

I purchased 400 mission gift boxes after completing my daily 10 missions.

i got 150 points from the 10 missions and the 10 boxes that come from others giving you missions. That part worked.

However after opening 70 of my 400 mission boxes i purchased i i only received an additional 40 points after choosing to open them in a batch.
I am requesting either I be given 70 boxes or the proper amount of points. Attached are the screenshots:

as you can see from the screen shots the math does not add up in the points awarded and the redeemed, also look at the inventory clearly shows 330 left when 400 were bought. 70 boxes x 10 points should be 700 points, not 40... the 3 redeemed hanzo frags were from 150 points from missions given by a friend and completed and then the boxes awarded were opened...
I play on Server 97 - Kushina - Mixology, I charge every week but if I am not reimbursed the lost boxes, ingots, or points...I will no longer be recharging until this is resolved.

Please fix this immediately. Thank you.
