Soo, Winter Camp gave me 2 scrolls, when I had 8, I did draw 10 and Sage Naruto appeared. I quickly changed to Earth Main to try to build something with Onoki, but my ideas quickly disappeared xD How do you guys use this badass character? I'd love to see any formations with him that you have, maybe it will inspire me to build something myself :D

Why Fire? Wouldn't Wind work best with Sage? Any good Fire lineup you have in mind? :D

  • if u wanna go wind with sage, u need 2 more good wind ninja or decent sp like shurado and fat pain who clear debuff

    if u go fire with sage, u need iruka, sasuke (cheaper) or to make a good team: mei, ao, sage
I will never even touch Sasuke, I'd rather use Fukuro XD My hate for the normal version of this ninja is endless :v I don't have Mei either, so that's outta the way :D

I have Shurado, but no "fat Pain", which I assume to be Gakido ;p

Sounds interesting :D I need Kage Gaara it seems :v The normal one is not that good from what I seen so far :D

He is bad now, which is why I don't want to use him. His HP is nonexistant, and so is damage. His mystery takes at least 2 round to launch, and usually you don't get to do anything with him. A waste of slot overall :X

This one looks nice, just curious, how would you rate survivability of this team?

  • I haven't lost yet, lightning teams give me the most problems usually double leech Guy and Anbu tact teams, but aside from that I tend to handle everything fairly easily. (Strongest power on my server) I enjoy the multiple "nukes" being available and the option to use Tenten round 2 is nice or c*e both naruto and main's attacks round 2 if you want to.

    I'm trying out the Fire Style Bomb Blast standard at the moment and I like it so far, adds ignite to the team to help deal with pesky healing teams.

    Can't say about the others except maybe the Ninjutsu Urge talent, just to give the team heals, but whether or not it's worth sacrificing the Genjutsu-Mirror Return is debatable I suppose.
Seems fair enough :) Thanks will go for testing with this one, it's the first I actually can check out myself :v

I appreciate any other ideas that anyone might have, Sage is really tough to build around :X

  • You're welcome, I figured you would have all of these available as they're quite easy to get with coupons, and Sage Naruto is the most difficult and you already have him.

    The good thing is even though he's a bit odd to build teams around, he's solid and can be used for a long time.
Ye, I got some of the coupon ninja, but the thing is they don't want to work together too well... XD Asuma WB (kinda counts?), GNW1010, Iruka, Sailor Sakura, etc. XD

  • I drew Sage Naruto like a week ago the same way and I put together this team, it focuses on making Naruto a power house:

    X - X - X
    Iruka - Sage Naruto - x
    Wind Main - Killer Bee - x

    Talents: 3, 4, 2, 3, 1

    Summoning: Lightning Tiger King

    With Bee you c*e his mystery to make Naruto attack twice, then next round you bring out Naruto's mystery then use your main's mystery which will allow you to use Naruto's mystery again the following round :) Most times this set up gets me the win by Naruto's second mystery if not before. Hope it helps.
