- The only reason why minato costs $800 is because some fool is willing to spend that much. In germany he cost half as much. You can be a wallet warrior all you want but its not right to manipulate prices in a way that people get less for their money compared to other regions. If people pay *ly high prices for things, they will keep making things expensive. This is a browser game, no ninja needs item/character should cost so much.
So what you are saying is ... there is no problem here. This is how supply and demand works, if company is selling things well they raise prices, if they start selling less they drop prices, that's pretty much how everything works.
Also minato is NOT $800, did you even look at the event or just copy pasting same crap someone said a while back.
For $800 (this could be less if you recharged during earlier recharge event) you get :
40k ingots to spend
Minato
4000 coupons/ingots worth of stuff by shop prices
With 40k ingots and current events you can get:
Hanzo - 8k
Bee - 6.4k
Sage Jiraya - 5.9k
Darui - 12.3k
400~ wheel spins with rest which will probably get you Konan and Swimsuit Ino and about 6-7k worth of stuff
TL;DR $800 will get you Minato/Hanzo/Bee/Sage Jiraya/Darui maybe Konan/Ino and 10k~ worth of stuff -

None of this changes the fact that he is a unique reward that is SPECIFICALLY tied to spending $800 on a facebook browser game. Your argument is seriously "minato isn't $800 dollars because you can spend the ingots on other things too, he's just a bonus!!" LOL
and people wonder why we get absolutely shafted in events compared to the other versions? Gee I guess some things will just remain a mystery forever.
It's not an argument, it's literally what he is lol and personally i don't think we get worse events then other versions, you think other versions don't have people crying about events, go look at their forums.
You want to compare us to Brazil, look at economy, houses/cars/food is also cheaper there because people there earn less money, what makes you think games are anything special and to people saying he is $400 in Germany, well Hiruzen was 40k/30k/20k spending event and now even in Kage treasure, Minato will also be $400 or even less eventually once demand for him goes down, and then people will cry that he is $400 instead ;P
If you don't think he is worth it then ignore this event and wait for him to come back for less, that's how you get them to lower price. But why wouldn't they start at highest they think they can sell him, i mean look at Hiruzen example, only difference is noone cared about Hiruzen but Minato has a ton more fanboys. -

Ingots only, coupons dont matter. Even if you count the bonus it is $700 dollars. If this is your first time spending, thats how much it will cost to get Minato. Your goal of spending 40k ingots is to get Minato in the end, not anyone else. You can justify it all you want but its still a ridiculous amount of money. You can try to invalidate my point with your bs logic all you want but facts are facts.
You are telling me the reason why Minato costs so much in the US is because of supply and demand? They have unlimited amounts of Minato, there isnt a supply issue. Even if its only a few days for the event it doesnt matter if they wont run out of Minato. Anyone that uses the supply and demand argument is asking to get cheated because they dont know about getting value for their money.
I guess I should also mention that if someone has Killer Bee, Sage Jiraiya, Darui, and Kon*ready and arent looking to 4 star them then 40k for Hanzo and Minato is gonna look silly. Of course the smart thing would be to buy power since you dont have much to spend it on.
You are the one who is using bs logic, if your only goal is to get Minato then this isn't an event for you simple as that, this is a spending event with Minato as rebate, depending on what you value him it may or may not be worth it.
Considering you get 4k worth of stuff, if you think he is worth similar to Bee/Sage Jiraya at 6k, then you get 10k for spending 40k, 25% rebate, it's crap spending event. But if you think he is worth 12k or more similar to Cursed Hidan then this is basically 40% rebate as you get 16k back for spending 40k, to some people this might be worth it.
The main point of this event is for people who were already planing to spend a lot of ingots and are waiting for right event to do it. -
