Blatantly untrue.

Hokage Minato's skillbook has 1 upgrade. His Hero of Konoha passive now lasts all 10 rounds instead of 5 rounds. That hardly makes him any better. This post was last edited by DraconusNex at 2017-1-25 16:10

Huh, that's.... really cheap.

During the last Mission's event: Hashirama was 125, Jiraiya was 60, and Ningendo was 36.

This is much more affordable. I'll be able to pick up a few frags of Jiraiya to finally recruit him and pick up as many Killer B fragments as possible.

I just wish I had the funds for Hanzo
