I used up 70 seal scrolls and I have not my first rare yet. I spent 50 scrolls yesterday and 20 scrolls today. Is this a bug? Or is it another way of game saying spend more money?? Let me know. Well it's just about luck. I used 50 scrolls and get Mei on 40 draw.

Yeah it's been 2 months of bad luck. I spent $30 to wheel no shurado, recharged 5 spins for AY another fail, bought 70 seal scrolls no rare. A player from my server got Mei on free pull. Is this really bad luck? or a bad configuration from server? I'm starting to wonder, why my account is having this bad luck, in addition to that the RNG on limited refinement event is bad. I need to spent 20 medium refine rune to level up my equipments, $30 for 3 levels. Please if there's a problem on my account fix this. I don't think luck has something to do with this, this is a game of chance not luck. Why don't give me a CHANCE to be happy, I'm starting to feel frustrated and depressed on this game. It is like I'm spending but I'm not getting enough value to what I spent. So sad! :'(

Why even spend if you want rare just farm 70 seals when you do go open its simple...One day you will get rare ;P

One of my group mate get his first rare in kage at 90 seal (mifune), and report it too, but the mod say you just unlucky this is not bug. Hope its help you a little.

There is no minimum, 60~ is average but people get as early as 30~ or late as 80+.
