The point of this build isn't really to have a strong healer. With both the lightning main's and gai's health leech, you should be getting back most of your health through your own attacks. Sakura is not there to be your main healer.

Sakura's main use comes from the fact that her mystery can clear any and all debuffs from your characters. The main problem with this build is that fire main + tobi + other big bads that can cause mass ignites interfere with your ability to leech. Sakura's mystery allows you to clear all that and resume what gives this build its name.
