Can you make some NPC that can "Synthesize" this low level refine rune?

Example: 5 Low-level refine rune = 1 Medium-level refine rune?
5 Medium-level refine rune = 1 Advanced?

  • yeah same here, i got a bunch of stack low refine but never used that again since i want medium one. ur idea is good and maybe they can add or change to medium refine in gnw rewards because i'm pretty sure not many player using the low refine nowadays :loveliness:
Yes, that low level refine in gnw pack better change them

Legend = Advanced or Medium
Hero = Medium
Elite = Low level

    This will make me stronger (if done), which helps in PvE (which is really just ninja exam, which this doesn't really help much against other than a bit more crit?)
    But this will make my primary opponents stronger even more, which is bad for PvP (I'm one of the top 3 ftp in my server, so most of my opponents are low/mid level ptw. Obviously I can't complete with super ptw, but I am trying against the lesser ones). And frankly, refine affects PvP much more than PvE(due to init).

    So mixed feelings....
That suggestion is for all not for me sir.
Btw, you can benefit that too.

They need more day's or month to get that low level refine rune not that easy.
