Like, one of the ones that clicks down the hours. There's one person that I know of that did, and it seems like ridiculous luck to me. Reply

Rare drop at 60s, regardless if the 60 is reached by scroll or free draw. usually, of course, this happens after you spent 40 or 50 scrolls in 10x, and then eventually reached ur 60 with free draw here and there.

SN is a rare. Now, I'm not entirely sure if I got him off free draw, but I did get him as a ftp, i also got jigokudo in the same day off free draw(each treasure being counted separately) to confirm the fact that rares do in fact drop from free draw, when conditions are met.

What do you mean by free draw? If you mean like the very first time you pull on it then I've never once seen that happen lol but I did get my Sage on one of my free pulls and that was after maybe 50 scrolls.

It's not.
You get free pulls in seal treasures after a certain time has passed.
For example, for Kage treasure, it's 45 hours.
I did get Asuma WB as a free pull in Tendo, if that helps.

yep, last week and this one was a flurry of naruto drops, one nite 3x consecutive in 5 minutes...im at the 200 scroll ..maybe il get him too..this year..maybe

All ninja can be gotten of free draws but it has to ac*ulate i believe if you do your free draws it amounts to 15 (anyone wanna dbl check) so to get a rare it takes 4 months and 3 months for say kage treasure for a rare since they drop at 40
