Just get Kimimaro 3 stars. Most tanks starts to be good at 3 stars or more.

Tanks are kind of rare until you start farming the Akatsuki ones. So * with Kimimaro and get him to 3-stars. He's an incredible tank. Use him in arena and you'll see.

Try to put Neji instead of Kimimaro for more prefered Skills , Neji c*e "Rotation" on some attacks same as Kimimaro uses Bone Defense.

The only tank that fits your requirements of Chase High float and cause repulse and is also tankier than Kimimaro is Kidomaru because of his curse seal plus shield. If you don't mind a tank that is slightly squishier go for Hidan. next in line is probably Orochimaru (sannin)

Hidan has a pretty high hp pool and decent defense plus he revives every 2 rounds so he has his uses as an off-tank.
I suggest *ing to Kimimaro if you really want tankiness or just use Hidan as an off tank and replace a different ninja
