What's the problem ? : Bug in Matsuri, Request Timeout
How long are you experiencing this problem ? : since matsuri on 2017/01/20
Like last week, got request timeout error every time i try to match.
All s112 server players got this bug, none of us could do matsuri.
Btw are there any compensations once fixed?

thx Tobei, i heard some servers got fixed, so im looking forward dat u fix it asap. But i'd still like to get an answer for my question.
Are we gonna get compensations after fix? because we got merged with a server before us, which means they got bp advantage on us already, n now we're slowly falling farther behind due to this bug since we dont get anything from the event, n cant even complete weekly missions mentioning matsuri..... Interesting its happening to server 124 also it hasn't worked since the last 3 matsuris I was trying to find out what everyone having the issue has in common and its usually a whole server not just a single person that get request timeouts and from what I seen its a server that was merged with 2 other servers and the matsuri works fine for them but not one of the merged servers. As for compensation I don't expect we will get it since while it is happening to a number of servers I don't know if its happening to enough people or getting reported enough to warrant compensation. It would be nice though id just be happy if it gets fixed before my next matsuri though tbh, missed out on so many seal scrolls ect I just wanna start getting them again. We're trying to get it fixed asap.
However, I'll gladly inform you that there will be compensation.
Just stay tuned and please be patient with us till this is fixed. -
