Doesn't look like he's p2w with that squad he has. I have almost similar (Danzo, SN, Mabul, Cee, Gaara, Iruka, WB Asuma, Bee, Shurado, etc) and I didn't put a cent.

Though I must say, that glowing first recharge icon makes me reconsider everyday. Its a struggle! The devs made that constant glowing right for sure. It's tempting me to the core!
