[ Bugs ] Treasure of the Sage event resets if you dc?

A few min laters, I log back onto the game and my previous unlocked sales are all gone? It's reset? Is this intended? Do you lose your current unlocked sales if you dc or idle away for too long? I guess now I have to wait for free keys and hope I get Iruka 30% sale again ... Reply

Hey

I tried duplicating the bug.
The Shop remained active after I closed the client completely.

Do remember that the shop does have a set time limit.

I see, it wasn't the dc but the timer for the shop just ran out ...
I thought the event resets daily or something.
However why is there nothing like this mentioned on the event? If you don't buy the items within 15min you will lose your chance and that is a huge deal. They should at least put it in the rules ...

I can't be the only one that's missed their sales because of the unknown time limit.

It's not unknown. Timer is shown at the bottom of the sales page once you use a key.
