as Title, today, I can not receive Sage's key from Plot/Elite Instance anymore. I did sweep many times from morning to afternoon. Need to help from support customer service. Thanks

Ok. I tested with clone and it works. Maybe I forgot. I am gonna test on my main tomorrow again :)
