You can try to get Kurenai, than play Main, Hinata, Kurenai and Karin. It's called Empress Team, it is quite strong with combo of 7.

You c*so try Sasuke 3*, Hinata, Main and Kankuro with combo of 8.
By rearenging your team you can get max combo of 6, with possibility to make it 7 with a summon.
