This build just doesn't seem to combo a lot even though all of the characters combo with each other Reply

You can try to get Kurenai, than play Main, Hinata, Kurenai and Karin. It's called Empress Team, it is quite strong with combo of 7.

You c*so try Sasuke 3*, Hinata, Main and Kankuro with combo of 8.
By rearenging your team you can get max combo of 6, with possibility to make it 7 with a summon.
