in relation to this, as much as we appreciate your response and comments, i've observe some of you specifically hitting / flaming specific players or forum participants which are here to learn, suggests, show appreciation and giving feedbacks.

@Acer can you give feedback to the developing team that they really need to reward spender fairly. Many spenders spend a lot with the hope to get either raikage or 9 tails, but it's either probability is too low to get raikage or it's too expensive to get 9 tails frags. You guys can argue that 9 tails is super rare but super rare also has its reasonable price not the kind of price 1000 ingot for 1 fragment that you guys are offering right now. If you guys keep trying to do such thing, not just f2p players will quit but p2w players also quit.

Lol reward you for what? What does spending money on a game entitle you to? Especially when you know nothing is guaranteed except a 3 star ninja on a 10 pull. You know the risk going in when you spend. Some people have better luck than others. These spenders coming on here like they're entitled to stuff just kills me. The whole point is to reward slowly so as not to flood the game with rares so early. So, either keep ponying up and cross you fingers and hope for the best, or move along. This repeated topic of spenders crying about rewards is getting old.

Numerous players have told you that Kyuubi Naruto is ultra rare.
I even bolded it for you to let it sink in.
So no, he's not just a super rare.
He's one of the best late-game ninjas when you upgrade him to 4 stars.
Whoever has him pretty much wins, since he's so expensive.

When he gets re-buffed that is, I don't like the way he is now and he's pretty much a late game character in terms of fights. You need 60 chakra and not everyone is keen on using Mabui or others to do a round 2 mystery.

And then Mabui will get nerfed when he gets re-buffed. ;P

Did u know how to read man? Super rare, godly rare, whatever rare you name it. It always has a reasonable price. Do you ever go to the market and someone says an apple cost $50 today because it's super rare today while it was only $4 yesterday because it was normal apple. What Oasis doing is dictating the price that it's too expensive for spender.

Alright, so I'll give you an example of an ultra rare ninja we all want and love - Susanoo Itachi.
You can't get him unless rng is lucky to you, and you spend a mountain of seal scrolls, which as we all know, is extremely expensive.
It's the same idea here.
They explained that it was to spend ingots, and not that you were buying him outright from that event, so that was why the price was jacked up. I don't necessarily approve, but at least there's a valid excuse this time. They're not sneakily raising prices and then ignoring that it ever happened, at least.
You purchase things in the game to get ahead of other players, so that you can enjoy yourself more. It isn't like they're forcing you to take your money out. If it's a bad event, like a lot of them are, then skip it and spend it on something more worthwhile. It's not like there's nothing to spend on in the meantime.

Not understanding why people are so angry. These are GAMBLING events! So no matter how much you spend it is very possible you won't be satisfied. That's like going to Las Vegas with 20 thousand dollars and expecting to win big. Sorry but that isn't how gambling works, yes there is more than likely a fixed rate, but if there wasn't then everyone who spend a lot of money would have the best ninja's/equipment. I don't know about everyone else, but to me that would ruin the game (especially for the people who are f2p). No one is forcing you at gunpoint to spend your money on this game/event. You more than likely spend money on these events because you wanna take that gamble, but as I said before not everyone will be a winner in the end. I agree with your point that we can just refuse to recharge if there are bad events. The point I'm trying to say here is Oasis has made a lot out of us, it's time to give back. There's never ever ever 1 way transaction. 1 way transaction only works for robbers or *sters. We put our money in, we should get sth of equal value back. Not like 5k ingot, nothing folk, good luck next time. That why I'm saying this kind business strat this company doing makes a lot of player disappointed

Please give specific suggestions on events or mechanics or how things can be improved. It would be a lot more helpful that way instead of asking the company to give back as general as that.

we as a community can only give suggestions and feedback from you guys, however in order to do so i will require specific details on what you hope to see or wish for and how it can be obtained in game. Please do the suggestions to the customer service section or leave me a PM and we will note all your recommendations and forward it to the managements.

But please note this, I can't guarantee any suggestions or feedbacks will be accepted and implemented as i've mentioned earlier those are to improve the gaming environment to a better ones, hence it is feedbacks in details that we need.

I don't really see the big issue here with these events. I recharged 10k ingots. Spent 2500 of those on seal scrolls and, with free points, bought another 10 scrolls. Didn't get Ay (of course) or the 500 coupon - but still got 2000 coupons free on top of it. That's not counting a bunch of summon scrolls/magatama.

I can understand why some would be mad at the timing - especially after several people already dumped hundreds into the naruto wheel. But it seems the arguments have drifted off from that.

Seriously guys, no one is going to get Ay - this is just free stuff. The timing is...questionable but there really isn't much room to complain here over some other events in the past.

That's really up to Oasis to decide.
Neither you nor I can do anything to change it, and chances are, it won't be.
What I like to do in my *ysis of these events is calculate what the lowest possible prize I can possibly get from the event. If I'm okay with these calculations, then it's a good event to me. I then go ahead and spend my coupons or ingots if so.
It's perfectly reasonable for you to voice that opinion, by the way.

It's an open forum, so yes, you did ask by posting. Again either keep ponying up or stop spending. It's not complicated. And like the mods said, either give them something constructive as *ternative or suggestion or quit whining about a non guaranteed pay event. I'd suggest a gaara like event for a month. Have a daily recharge event for a month that rewards with something super rare. For example have a 5 dollar daily recharge for 30 days that leads to say sasuno itachi or something like that. It rewards activity and those who pay.

last minute event like this is just unplanned alot of us just recharge at the start of the week even myself it will be better for them to tell people way beforehand like how hard is that? is not rocket science, they just need a fat bonus for chinese new year. make no mistake the next event be prepared for it they gonna eat us all alive
