  • Hi mods im just wondering but can you tell the devs to give us an option where we c*e coupons or ingots in events cuz the events that is coming today u can only get points from using ingots so i dont really want to have to use all my coupons just so i can finally use my ingots.

Dear all players,

we appreciate all the comments and constructive criticism to make all future events a better one, with inputs from all and multiple perspective of players hope everyone can learn, understand and improve while creating a better gaming community.

in relation to this, as much as we appreciate your response and comments, i've observe some of you specifically hitting / flaming specific players or forum participants which are here to learn, suggests, show appreciation and giving feedbacks.

  • I agree with your point that we can just refuse to recharge if there are bad events. The point I'm trying to say here is Oasis has made a lot out of us, it's time to give back. There's never ever ever 1 way transaction. 1 way transaction only works for robbers or *sters. We put our money in, we should get sth of equal value back. Not like 5k ingot, nothing folk, good luck next time. That why I'm saying this kind business strat this company doing makes a lot of player disappointed

Please give specific suggestions on events or mechanics or how things can be improved. It would be a lot more helpful that way instead of asking the company to give back as general as that.

we as a community can only give suggestions and feedback from you guys, however in order to do so i will require specific details on what you hope to see or wish for and how it can be obtained in game. Please do the suggestions to the customer service section or leave me a PM and we will note all your recommendations and forward it to the managements.

But please note this, I can't guarantee any suggestions or feedbacks will be accepted and implemented as i've mentioned earlier those are to improve the gaming environment to a better ones, hence it is feedbacks in details that we need.

I hope posts / replies related to this ends here since this thread is specifically for this additional events.

  • Time Limited Shop is only letting me get 1 Nine Tails Naruto frag. The 'exchange' *on becomes grayed out after the first exchange where everyone option seems to work.

    As feedback, I'd like to mention something is general.
    When you put something in event shop as redeemable, please pick things that aren't easily available.
    For example, lucky star wheel this week. That 20k coin should be replaced with something else. In earlier such events there were medium refines. There could be a lot of other options as well, such as summon rune pack, rune stones, mood scrolls, threads, tactic pages and others. Giving seal/summons isn't a bad idea either.
    Giving coins, food, cultivation runes doesn't make sense and imo is a waste of space maybe.

  • We do click on coins when every other possible prize are useless or out of our spending limit, for example we had spent on sage naruto and we had 2 points remaining, we will look for something to spend and coins are fine, maybe making it 1 point = 10k or 15k coins will be much more flexible.

Changes, improvements might not come instantly and some recommendations might be rejected "now" but please keep it coming since we always sought new ideas to improve the gaming experience in Naruto Online.
