I heard that he's Roshi with a mystery that doesn't do anything to barrier and a slightly different passive.
His attack or something scales with how much hp he has with Roshi gets stronger as he gets hit. Something like that. I think Aristeaus explained it somewhere. . which is why 6-Tails is better for GNW.

Aww, exactly the same? The bomb isn't bigger or anything? :P
And he will get BUFFED, he'll regain like 30% hp back? That's insane lol.
