• Well... I think everyone who reached at least 40 lvl know how to things works... If not, they should just change game and choose the easier one. Gird is the most important thing. In the pve you have to just press a key faster than the enemy computer to cast your jutsu first. In pvp same initiative and same rank wins the one who pressed key faster. In +40 lvls big role plays secondary stat initiative. Thats all you have to know I think.
