Infortunately the lucky board isn't as good as yours, because the dice in our serv is 50/dice. (It's 20/dice in US/UK I think)

Spending coins: 1st Group Skills, 2nd Strenthening, 3rd 8Gates, 4th Runes
Spending seals: I suggest your only for Kage Treasure
Spending coupons: when you need for medium refines, medium threads etc
Just be patient and wait for the event to come up and use your coupons wisely.

You can get or synthesise runes with coins now?

On a more serious note, remember that the ever elusive awakening materials can be found in black market. Don't buy the ones that cost coupons, only the coins.

So one mistake I made gives you the right to call me drunk.

-Mood Scrolls are good, cheap power.
-Tactics provide good power, but they may be a little bit more pricey depending on your luck.
-Refines are okay power if you can manage to level one up, which again can be pricey depending on your luck. 「But these are also really good because if you can outspeed your opponent, you can get the edge on them in battle depending on setups.」
-Mysterious cave doesn't give such a good boost in power, but for the same reason as the refines, it may be a good idea to try it once or twice.
-Magatamas, while I don't recommend buying with coupons because you can get them free everyday, this is one the things many people buy for power because there is no possible failing or bad rng.
