Maybe you were using a third party program or it was a honest mistake in their part

I just play the game through Kongregate. No third party programs here.

I've spent roughly $80 on the game so I wouldnt particularly care to risk my account for 3rd party bs.

For some reason I cannot get into my Server (S156 NY), but it let me jump into other random servers.

Not sure what is going on.

I would report this to customer service.

Just noticed that tab of the forum about 20 minutes after I posted here. Seems like a few random ppl have been hit with this ban. I just added myself onto each of their threads in the customer support section.

Yeah, this is really odd

if it is solved before 19:30 server time I wont mind to much lol, but after that and it might fudge me over a bit.

No idea why this is happening to myself and others right now, but it is definitely extremely annoying.

Just got a response from Customer Service Center stating it's a bug and asking for my email and password....that's not unusual, right?
