Time of issue/bug/problem : 19:00 GMT + 8
issue : as per screenshot, loading icon followed by "request timeout" error message.

because we're the earliest time zone.. so we get everything before all the other server time zones I believe, so we get the bugs and problems and they fix them so the other time zones don't have same problems -_-
