1＃ Go ToHas anyone tried this event out? I know many people are not a fan of the lucky wheel, but I am really wanting to get 3 star Naruto Nine Tails (Need 100 fragmanets). I figured since I never bought a medal now is my best chance to get him. I have like 1k coupons saved up for Sailor Sakura, but I have heard 4 tails naruto is on par if not better than Sage Mode. Anyone confirm? Also if you have done pulls on this lucky wheel please comment below. Thanks!

If I were you, I'd probably just get the frags you need for Asuma WB.
It's going to be a really low possibility, so you should only rely on free pulls to get TB Naruto.
Oh and by the way, I once free pulled Gakido three times from the wheel, so whilst it seems unlikely, it is possible.
Seriously though, with the low percentage of the possible pull rate, don't bet your luck on it and keep spending in the belief that you'll get him.
Yeah I have gotten pretty lucky with Lucky Wheel I got Gakido from a free spin, then got Shurado from 1 10x spin. I am considering it, but I really want a 3 star Naruto Nine Tails because I hear he is pretty good especially at 4 star. Will probably save and just do free spins, if I happen to get lucky and land on him with a free spin I may go all in, but I kinda want to save and get Sailor Sakura in her next event cycle.
