i'd say it's not the best power boost, so just get all your slots filled with l1/2's for now and invest in this new system when key's are on a discount

still worth it for that initiative boost. :D went from 52k-54k

For anyone thinking of doing the wheel for Asuma WB/Gaara/Sage Naruto

I went for 100 Asuma frags to 4* mine.
Average Stars to Spin Ration is 2.87
Which brings Asuma WB to 13.93 coupons per frag which is a steal if you're after him

Don't play the wheel if you're only goal is Naruto frags

I recall yuuske being able to *y a post at the top of the thread in the past - giving an update on something that happened. Maybe a mod can do the same here, so people who don't want to read through the thread will see that the limited refine is not a bug or anything.

Hi Mods, and Game Devs. I hope you find this. I want you to know I am more than thrilled with the continual update of new content to keep the game interesting. However, the unbalanced addition of content which requires ingots or coupons to take full advantage of is threatening to ruin this game. I am a notorious spender in my servers 149, and 181, and even I have come to realize that by adding so many new things which need the ingots and coins is creating incredibly unbalanced servers and causing many players to quit. I realize you will probably merge more servers to address this issue, however, to keep our community growing I do believe more free content will be required in the future updates. Thank you for your time, and have a good day or night.

One more suggestion for the next update. Please add message tracking back into the game so you can view the previous messages you have sent. You took that out with the 2.0 update and it makes talking in game difficult. Thank you
