if you successfully refine a gear, you will start at 25% of the bar at the next level.

For example, when you refine your gear from level 3 to 4, the next level, you will start at 10/40 instead of 0/40/
But, once the event is over, the wish credit will be removed. so it will return to 0/40 if you do not use it.
