Lightning does it very easy with Iruka/Guy/WB Asuma and lightning armor and 118 after it as well, should be 1-3 tries to win it. Hinata/Guy/Sasuke will work as well if you don't have those rares, but need more power and tries cause you know how Hinata works in exams.
