I think if the server is new, then possibly alot of changes to lightning.

My server has the top 24 as Level 85, and the next 100 at Level 80 and above. And main classes weren't changed much after 2.0. In fact, what 2.0 did for my server was spread out the mains a little, instead of predominantly Fire, now there's more variety in Lightning, Wind and Water. Though Earth was hit hard, alot still remains Earth in my server. Fire still remains the majority for my server.
