It's too bad you can't enjoy all the content, but that's what you get for joining a server in the 300's. With the sheer amount of servers, you gotta choose either having active people (joining an older server) or gunning for the top (a newer server). You can't have it both ways.

Or maybe he's a normal person who just started playing on whatever server the game assigned him to and didn't really give much of a thought to it. How is that his fault?
