u wont compete with a whale no matter how u use ur money unless u can keep up with their spending which is tens of thousands of dollars, same with a heavy p2w with is hundreds of dollars. u will just get an advantage against f2p and lower p2p people

ur best off buying 4* gaara for $5 and 9tails naruto from jonin medal if ur going to start on a new server, they will give u a big pvp advantage, if uve been on ur server for a week+ then ignore the medal and get only the monthly coupon packs, buy a medal if you r willing to keep it up and again when the rebate comes back
