• Yah, but i think it was a change they made with 2.0 but didnt talk about it. Becasue now im on my 3rd alt doing lvl 70 plot isntance and the blue circle is lvl 80. So i guess its not a bug and it was intended but there should of been some sort of heads up to tell players becasue i feel like blue circles are now impossible at the lvl u get the plot.
