Normally when I have passed Ninja Exams, the top level ninja exam (i.e., 100) has a guarantee drop of 100% for the scroll and the exams inbetween 80 - 99 have a random chance of dropping the scroll. However, i'm up to exam 114 and i keep getting SAGE scrolls from exams above 100. Today I got two sage scrolls from the same exam (107 i think). shouldn't these exams have a chance to drop super kage scrolls, with 120 being a guaranteed drop?
