He probably has a mirror that reflects th first debuff back to you. Kind of like Fire Main before 2.0. Or Kurenai.

since 2.0 any player i am against has this status effect return thing no matter what team he uses...annoying as f:@ since i never seen it them geting cc from attacking me

Thus Neji's acupuncture reflected back towards your team.

... i don't have any words left... i didn't notice that skill bounce debufs. I was think that only block debufs..
